Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plastering Specialist to join our team in Pinkenba, QLD. As a key member of our Linings team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality plastering solutions for commercial and residential projects across QLD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plasterboard Layout and Installation: Determine the optimal layout for plasterboard and ensure accurate installation to meet project requirements.
  • Wall Finishing and Decoration: Prepare and secure corner beads, fix plaster and paper cornices, and apply decorative textures to finishing coats.
  • Insulation and Fireproofing: Apply and finish acoustic, insulating, and fireproofing materials to meet project specifications.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of plastering tasks and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

  • Experience and Skills: 5+ years of experience in plastering, with strong knowledge of plastering skills, commercial and residential building experience, and experience with plastering and framing.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HSE requirements, knowledge of various computer systems, and ability to work with metal and timber frames.
  • Personal Qualities: Hardworking, can-do attitude, and strong communication skills.
