Job Summary:

A leading organization seeks a skilled Site Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of a remote site in Alice Springs, NT.

The role involves overseeing facilities construction, operation & maintenance (O&M), and support services in a 4,400-acre site.

Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining a successful O&M program to ensure safety and continuous site operations, including system upgrades and new constructions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing an effective O&M program
  • Maintaining high standards of safety and ensuring continuous site operations
  • Overseeing system upgrades and new constructions

Key Qualifications:

  • US Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field
  • At least six years of experience in continuity programs at a federal agency or similar scope
  • Training in FEMA courses such as IS-100, 200, 300, 700, and 800; IS-400 certification is preferred
  • Knowledge of electrical power distribution systems
