About the Role:

As a Fabrication Apprentice, you will embark on a structured 4-year apprenticeship, gaining extensive on-the-job and off-the-job training, mentoring, and support to develop your practical skills and knowledge while earning a nationally accredited qualification.

You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in all aspects of Heavy Fabrication, working on diverse and complex projects and equipment. Our company culture is built on a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and training, providing a supportive and family-oriented environment.

During your apprenticeship, you will rotate through various departments, primarily working in a small team within the heavy fabrication department, under the guidance of a supervisor passionate about training the next generation of tradespeople.

To be considered for this role, please ensure you meet the following minimum selection criteria:

  • Successful completion of minimum year 10 education;
  • Aged between 16 and 21;
  • Be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident;
  • Submit a hand-written cover letter explaining in your own words, why you wish to undertake an apprenticeship;
  • Submit a resume outlining your achievements and experience to date;
  • Submit a copy of your most recent school report.
