Salary Package:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including a base pay of $28.89 per hour, plus superannuation and shift penalties where applicable. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a stable income while working in a dynamic environment.
About the Role
In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily control room operations and incident management, monitoring surveillance systems, compiling reports, and ensuring compliance with site policies. Your proactive approach will play a vital role in enhancing safety across the site.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the performance of surveillance systems
- Compile accurate and detailed reports on incidents and events
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and site policies
Requirements
- Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
- Security licence with control room subcategory
- Working with children check (or willing to obtain)
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Full Australian working rights
