**Project Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Project Engineer - MEP to lead our project team across the stations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate MEP engineering activities to ensure design, installation, and commissioning meet project requirements and standards.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver works safely, on time, and with quality.
  • Prepare, review, and approve technical documentation including method statements, work packs, ITPs, RFIs, and NCRs.
  • Provide technical expertise in MEP design reviews, value engineering, and problem resolution.
  • Monitor and report on progress, ensuring alignment with project schedules and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, Australian standards, and environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  • Mentor junior engineers within the project team.

**Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or a related discipline).
  • Demonstrated experience in an MEP engineering role, ideally on large-scale infrastructure, rail, or complex building projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems including design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability.
