Regional Operations Manager

This role offers a chance to combine your business acumen with passion for people development, making a positive impact in the dental community.

The Regional Operations Manager will lead and support a portfolio of dental practices to deliver commercial success and outstanding patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a portfolio of dental practices to deliver commercial success and outstanding patient outcomes
  • Coach and mentor Practice Managers and clinical teams to reach their full potential
  • Drive operational excellence with focus on compliance, WH&S, and effective workforce planning
  • Collaborate with clinical and support office teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery
  • Review financial performance (including P&L) and manage budgets to meet key business targets
  • Play an active role in national projects and drive strategic growth initiatives
  • Visit practices regularly to provide hands-on leadership, guidance, and support

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Possess:

  • Proven experience leading multi-site operations (Dental, Healthcare or Retail highly regarded)
  • A strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business performance goals
  • Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire confidence, build trust, and develop high-performing teams
  • Ability to interpret financial reports, including P&L statements, and maintain budgets. Capable of evaluating and reporting on relevant business information
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the business
  • Solid commercial acumen with strong compliance and WH&S knowledge
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-focused with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office suite including Excel
