Our practice is located in Cairns and operates two clinics in Manoora and one clinic in Edmonton. This position is based at the Edmonton clinic, which is easily accessible by car. Our practice provides a wide range of services, including chronic disease management, men's health, women's health, children's health, and maternal health services. We also offer allied health services, such as dietitian, diabetes educator, optometrist, and podiatrist. Our practice is committed to delivering holistic care, focusing on all aspects of cultural, emotional, environmental, and spiritual wellbeing.

Position Description:

The Podiatrist position is responsible for providing a high-quality podiatry service that promotes health, prevents illness, and delivers excellence in clinical management. The successful candidate will possess a qualification in podiatry, with demonstrated knowledge, clinical experience, and skill in podiatry in a community-based setting. They will also have knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander societies and cultures, and be registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). A current driver's license is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality podiatry services to patients
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that promote health and prevent illness
  • Contribute to the development of the practice's podiatry service
