Skilled Tradesperson

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our team at Skilled Jobs Australia. As a Compressed Air Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of compressed air equipment and associated products.

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of parts, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of compressed air equipment.
• Repair and Overhaul: Diagnose and repair complex faults in compressed air equipment, including electrical and mechanical components, to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on repaired and overhauled equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of work.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals, share knowledge, and improve processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.

• Qualifications: Full Electrical license and trade qualifications, with a strong background in maintenance and repair of compressed air equipment.
• Experience: Previous experience in a maintenance field service environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and excellent customer service.
• Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $102,000 per annum, plus superannuation and company vehicle.
