As a Senior Process Engineer, you will play a key role in leading the development and implementation of optimal manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of lean principles, specific knowledge in drawing interpretation and standards, and demonstrated ability to manage and complete multiple projects and objectives successfully.
This position requires a deep understanding of process optimization, supply chain management, and team leadership.
">Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree (BSME) or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the firearms industry
- Strong understanding of lean principles
- Specific knowledge in drawing interpretation and standards (GD&T)
- Demonstrated ability to manage and complete multiple projects and objectives successfully
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and influence individuals and groups at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SolidWorks, and CAM software
The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive results through data-driven decision making.
