Merchandising Associate

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role that will allow you to develop your skills in merchandising? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently?

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for merchandising products in Bunnings stores across Port Augusta. You will need to have a current valid Australian or International driver's license and own reliable vehicle.

This is a casual 8-10 hour per week opportunity, with flexibility to choose your hours Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to travel to various locations within the designated area and work effectively as part of a team.

About the Role
This Merchandising Associate role involves maintaining high-quality standards in product presentation and display. Your duties will include inventory management, executing layouts, implementing off-locations, range checking, exceptional product presentation, and placing POS merchandising.
You will also be responsible for ensuring pricing and ticketing accuracy and reporting on your work daily.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inventory management: Ensure accurate stock levels and efficient storage procedures are maintained
  2. Executing layouts: Implement visual merchandising plans to enhance store displays
  3. Implementing off-locations: Place merchandise in designated areas to increase sales
  4. Range checking: Verify product availability and ensure correct quantities are ordered
  5. Exceptional product presentation: Display merchandise in an attractive and appealing manner
  6. Placing POS merchandising: Position point-of-sale materials to promote products effectively
  7. Pricing and ticketing accuracy: Verify prices and ensure tickets are accurate and up-to-date
  8. Daily reporting: Document your work activities and report any issues or concerns

Requirements
