About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Plumber to join our team in the Western Suburbs. As an Apprentice Plumber, you will work alongside our experienced plumbers to gain hands-on experience and training in the trade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out WHS requirements
  • Use plumbing hand and power tools
  • Mark out materials
  • Work safely on roofs
  • Fabricate and install roof drainage components
  • Install gas piping systems, install and commission Type A gas appliances and domestic treatment plants
  • Install discharge pipes, below ground sanitary drainage systems and install and fit off sanitary fixtures
  • Fabricate and install sanitary stacks
  • Set out and install water services

As an Apprentice Plumber, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain experience in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, take direction, and work safely. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is looking to start a career in plumbing, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Construction induction card (White Card)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HS&E policies and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Willingness and determination to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions from a mentor
  • Appropriate hand tools required for plumbing installations
