Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Planner to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for maintaining stock levels across our warehouses, managing enquiries from buyers and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and track stock movements across multiple warehouses
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and buyers to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform inventory planning decisions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax and financial reporting requirements
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
