Electrical Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our engineering consultancy as a technical and commercial leader.
Key Accountabilities:- Develop and propose electrical engineering solutions for clients, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Manage project execution, including procurement and commissioning activities, to deliver high-quality results on time.
- Provide direction during project development and review progress reports to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead teams of engineers on specific projects, supervising progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in electrical engineering for our target industry, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
- Extensive experience in electrical engineering for mining, minerals processing, and materials handling sectors, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Consulting experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals, applicable local and international standards, and statutory specifications, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
- A recognized electrical engineering degree and relevant postgraduate qualifications or equivalent, with a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.
- Professional registration or working towards Chartered credential is highly desirable.
- Australian residency or possession of a valid visa with work entitlement in Australia, enabling seamless integration into the team.
