Marketplace Coordinator

About the Role
GroupM, the leading global media investment management company, is seeking an experienced Marketplace Coordinator to join our team at Mindshare. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and inspiring the team to deliver Purple standard implementation and trading practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Living and breathing the Mindshare values of empathy, energy, and impact while possessing a proactive mentality and approach to workloads.
- Creating a positive, motivating, and inspiring team culture by contributing POV's and following leadership directives.
- Collaborating with client teams across all disciplines throughout the campaign development process to ensure timely delivery of work.
- Communicating effectively with clear articulation, holding excellent written and spoken capabilities when communicating internally and externally.
- Delivering gold standard implementation of media planning and buying.
- Building knowledge and using proprietary and industry tools & systems to deliver market-leading campaign implementation.
- Demonstrating knowledge, understanding, and application of the Mindshare Process and the roles and responsibilities at each stage.
- Obtaining necessary certifications for required platforms.
- Providing accurate administrative support to the broader Investment team.
- Developing trusted relationships with media owners to build knowledge of product suite and formulate opinions on the media landscape.
- Developing strong internal partnership relations and builds knowledge of product offering.
- Ensuring financial procedural adherence is met across all touchpoints including pro-formas, MBA's, bookings, and loadings with an aim for zero account queries.
- Following GroupM SOX compliance and auditing processes with 100% adherence.
- Ensuring timesheets are completed regularly with 100% accuracy and attention to detail.
