**Job Description:

  • Contribute to the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities by providing high-quality cleaning support.
  • Ensure that all cleaning duties are completed to an acceptable standard as determined by your supervisor.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Cleaning windows, pictures, doorknobs, taps, sinks, drinking fountains, lavatory basins, glassware, glass doors and cupboards.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing toilet facilities and sick bays.
  • Maintaining equipment and performing routine checks.
  • Controlling cobwebs and mildew using extendable equipment.
  • Cleaning concrete, bitumen, asphalt and paved surfaces.
  • Removing rubbish and litter, including material from drains and gutters.
  • Dusting student and office furniture, equipment and fans.
  • Performing hosing tasks.
  • Removal of graffiti.
  • Sweeping and vacuuming.
  • Vinyl/timber floor maintenance including buffing, stripping and polishing.
