Responsibilities include providing proactive care that enhances residents' daily experiences, supporting their choices and independence, and delivering tailored care that meets best practice standards.
Key qualifications for this role include a genuine passion for caring for others, a relevant certification such as a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies, prior experience as a personal carer in aged care is highly valued, and a commitment to delivering holistic care.
