Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Installation Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading a small team on-site, ensuring the successful delivery and installation of retail fixtures and displays to high-quality standards.

This is a full-time, permanent position suited to someone with hands-on experience in retail fixture/furniture installation, who is confident leading a small team on-site. You will work closely with project managers, factory-built components, and site execution teams to ensure everything is delivered and installed to spec.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Install custom joinery, retail fixtures, and displays to high-quality standards.
  • Lead, coordinate, and train a small site team (internal and subcontract).
  • Interpret shop drawings and solve site-based problems independently.
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and trades on-site.
  • Ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Maintain site cleanliness and compliance with WHS regulations.
Requirements:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 3+ years' hands-on installation experience (retail, joinery, display, or fitout).
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to read detailed shop drawings.
  • Natural leadership ability and interest in team development.
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and professional under pressure.
  • White Card required.
