Labourforce is currently seeking skilled Reach Operators to support our clients in the cold storage and refrigerated supply sectors. These operations are expanding, and we require dedicated individuals to enhance our teams.

Requirements:

  • Essential experience as a Reach Operator
  • Preferred experience with voice picking systems
  • Ability to work in cold environments, including chillers and freezers
  • Recent experience in a busy distribution center
  • Willingness to train suitable candidates
  • Previous experience meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Physical fitness to perform heavy lifting as needed
  • High standards of work quality
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Forklift certification is advantageous but not mandatory

All candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing, prior to commencing work.
