About Grill'd

We're looking for exceptional Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers to lead our teams at Grill'd restaurants across Adelaide.

A Day in the Life

  • Lead and motivate 20-50 team members to drive sales growth and build engagement within your restaurant.
  • Work closely with our Restaurant Managers and Area Managers to ensure the restaurant is running at a high standard, including weekly responsibilities such as rostering, recruiting, stock management, and restaurant compliance.
  • Empower your team members' development, both personally and professionally, through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and creating talent pipelines for promotions.
  • Manage business financials, including profit and loss, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Own our local matters program for your restaurant by engaging with your local community groups to make a difference.

What We Look For

  • Previous leadership experience, managing a team of 20+ within hospitality/entertainment venues.
  • Proven experience leading from the front and creating high-performing and engaged teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports.
  • A high-energy working environment and a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • A customer-first approach and the ability to empower your team to do the same.
