About the Role
We are seeking an experienced travel professional to join our team as a Luxury Travel Consultant. Our purpose is to provide exceptional customer service and deliver unique luxury travel experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, book, and coordinate luxury travel experiences for our clients.
- Book first-class flights, five-star hotels, premium tours, luxury cruising, travel insurance, and other related services.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a travel consultant with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a strong ability to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in global distribution systems (GDS) and complex computer systems.
