Job Description

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our Early Childhood team. As an Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services
  • An understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven experience working with children 0–5 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
