• Deliver engaging content that instills a passion for English, aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum
• Implement the College's Positive Behaviour Schools (PBS) Behaviour Matrix and Management flowchart
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies that ensure each student reaches their maximum potential
• Adapt to meet student needs and maximize progress in English

• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment
• Apply for a WA Working with Children Check before starting
• Consent to and obtain a National Criminal History Check with the Department's Screening Unit
