Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Contribute to a positive and supportive care environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Certificate 3 in Aged Care Work, Community Care Services, Individual Support, or another recognized aged care qualification
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the aged care sector
- Australian work rights
- National Police Clearance and current Statutory Declaration (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS highly regarded
- Current Flu vaccination and three Covid-19 vaccinations
- Willingness to travel to different locations
