Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our service team. As Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling the activities of the Service team to achieve customer satisfaction and meet organisational targets.

The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Trade certificate with a minimum 5 years post-trade experience, as well as a high-level technical knowledge of major hydraulic components. You will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, and be able to demonstrate effective teamwork skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all HSE procedures are followed, and all incidents are reported accordingly.
  • Quote, Coordinate & Oversee all Field Service activities
  • Drive sales of service products like maintenance contracts etc.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide training and coaching as required.
  • Supervise employees, contractors and visitors as required from HSE and Quality perspective
