Salary

We offer a competitive salary, with opportunities for salary packaging up to $15,990 per annum, as well as Novated leasing and optional Meals and Entertainment card up to $2,650 per annum.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Professional to join our team at St Vincent's Care Services Bronte. As a member of our dedicated and experienced team, you will be part of creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience for the residents of our boutique facility.

You will play a vital role in providing person-centred care that achieves wellbeing for mind, body, and spirit, working closely with residents, families, and our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is essential
  • Clinical nursing practice experience in an aged care facility is desirable
  • Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts across the week as needed
  • High level of customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan and lead by example
  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
  • Policeman check and NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role
