Our client is a leading provider of retirement living and home care services, operating across Eastern Australia. They are committed to delivering high-quality care and services that support the well-being and independence of their clients.

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Care Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical services in one of our innovative home care hubs.

The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of the aged care legislation and accreditation requirements, as well as experience in a clinical nurse or care management role within home care or residential aged care.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 15 registered nurses and carers who work 24/7, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

We offer a competitive salary package, including $115k - $125k + bonuses + superannuation, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.

About You
  • Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA is essential
  • Experience in a clinical nurse, care manager or operations manager role within home care or residential aged care
  • Sound understanding of the aged care legislation and what is required to achieve accreditation
  • Skilled at developing productive relationships with all stakeholders and leading a team to ensure holistic services are delivered in line with clients' needs and wishes
