About the Role

Regis Camberwell is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Food Service Assistant to join our team. As a Food Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality meals that cater to their dietary needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Clean and maintain the dining area, kitchen, and equipment to the highest standards
  • Assist with food preparation, including cooking, reheating, and plating
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth meal service
About You

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in aged care or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work across morning, afternoon, and night shifts as required
