Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' functional capacity, strengths, and lifestyle goals.
- Develop and implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to enhance clients' quality of life and independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic care plans that meet clients' needs.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of therapeutic activity programs in assigned residential care sites.
- Provide individualized therapy services, including equipment prescription, to enable older adults to maintain functional capacity and prevent deterioration.
- Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) Degree
- Current Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
- Previous experience working with older adults, particularly those with dementia
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and COVID-19 vaccination
