We are currently seeking experienced QHSE professionals to join our team in delivering a range of upcoming roles across the project.

The New Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia is a landmark healthcare facility commissioned by the Western Australian Government. This ambitious project aims to expand healthcare services for women, children, and their families, transforming two campuses: the Fiona Stanley Hospital complex and the Osborne Park Hospital.

Job Description

We are looking for innovative individuals who have proven experience in:

  • HSE Medical Coordinator
  • Sustainability Advisor
  • Quality Advisors
  • Quality and Systems Manager

This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project that will contribute significantly to the development of Western Australia's healthcare infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of QHSE policies and procedures across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive QHSE plans and strategies
  • Coordinating QHSE training and awareness programs
  • Conducting regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards
  • Investigating incidents and near-miss events
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure QHSE compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in QHSE, preferably within the construction industry
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing QHSE policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
