Education and Training Coach

We are seeking an exceptional Education and Training Coach to join our school community.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in education and training, working with teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional learning team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide curriculum leadership and support to teachers to achieve quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Develop and implement instructional methods to improve teaching and learning practices.
  • Work closely with teachers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these areas.
  • Conduct coaching, mentoring, and instructional rounds to support teacher growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Relevant teaching qualification.
  • Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration as a teacher in Queensland.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with teachers and other stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
