Start a new career in the automotive industry as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter with our leading organisation. This exciting opportunity offers on-the-job training and support to help you develop your skills and qualifications.

In this role, you will have the chance to work with a supportive team and management, learning the latest techniques and technologies in windscreen fitting and repair. You will be paid based on your competence and not tenure, allowing you to progress and grow with the company.

The apprenticeship program is designed to develop your Auto Technician capabilities to the level required to repair and replace glass on any type of motor vehicle to Australian standards. You will learn how to complete windscreen re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and undertake glass chip repairs.

This is a long-term career opportunity with flexible rostering and options for penalties and overtime. You will also have access to ongoing incentive programs and recognition, as well as opportunities for learning and development during and after your apprenticeship.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic and be comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face and selling company products. You will also need to have a true passion for delivering customer service excellence and a reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn the trade.
