About the Role

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising animal husbandry and feed management, including managing all dairy cattle, heifers, dry cows, and calves.
  • Ensuring plant equipment and infrastructure maintenance to guarantee efficient farm operations.
  • Achieving strategic goals through effective planning and execution.
  • Maintaining compliance with workplace and OH&S legislation, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Patient, hardworking, resourceful, trustworthy, loyal, and efficient with a strong work ethic.
  • A deep understanding and passion for the dairy industry, including its safety and quality factors.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on milk source and composition.
