Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Educator, you will play a crucial role in creating nurturing and engaging learning environments for young children.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement age-appropriate curricula, assess progress, and build strong relationships with families. You will also be responsible for ensuring high-quality care and compliance with industry standards to support children's holistic development and lifelong learning.

  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children
  • Develop and implement curricula that promote learning and development
  • Assess progress and provide feedback to families
  • Maintain open communication with parents and colleagues
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent/higher qualification)
  • Current Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
  • Australian Work Rights
Desirable Attributes and Experience:
  • Familiarity with National Early Years Learning Frameworks and National Quality Framework
  • Previous experience as an Educator, with proficiency in documenting children's development using relevant software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a diverse team
