Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Management: Manage supplier relationships, solicit bids, lead negotiations, and drive strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop category knowledge and drive adherence to preferred supplier agreements.
  • Trend Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and market intelligence reports to align sourcing strategies with market trends.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to support business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate supplier performance through scorecards and validation processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct detailed supplier profiling and financial risk assessments to mitigate potential risks.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, with a focus on indirect categories. You should possess strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills, as well as excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
