About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the development of organizational frameworks, policies, and procedures to support regionally based Senior Advisors.
  • Conduct high-level research into current and emerging issues and trends relating to the prevention and management of unacceptable workplace conduct or corrupt cases.
  • Provide advice and support on strategies and policy solutions to manage complex performance and conduct matters.
  • Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to research, design, and develop resources to support the regional Senior Advisors network.
  • Represent and promote the interests of the unit at internal and external meetings and forums.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Extensive knowledge and/or practical experience in human resources or employee relations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams to deliver high-quality services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
