We are seeking a compassionate and professional Male Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Victoria.

Position Details:
  • Location: Victoria
  • Hours: 8-hour shifts
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Safe Transfers: The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating a hoist machine for safe and comfortable transfers of clients.
  • Medication Administration: Must be experienced in administering medication as per NDIS standards, ensuring the highest level of care and safety for our clients.
  • Caring Approach: We are looking for individuals who are caring, patient, and professional in their approach to client care, providing a supportive environment that promotes independence and well-being.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hoist Machine Operation: Previous experience operating a hoist machine is essential for this role, as it requires the ability to safely transfer clients with mobility impairments.
  • Medication Administration Certification: Must hold current certification in medication administration as per NDIS standards, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
