In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in driving operational efficiency and excellence by developing and maintaining planning models that reflect the current business environment.

Your opportunity:

As our valued Workforce Planner, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to lead the delivery of an accurate forecast and capacity model. You will drive alignment between long-term strategic plans and operational execution.

You'll make impact by:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Driving operational excellence through the development and maintenance of robust planning models.
  • Applying workforce management principles to create a working environment that aligns with our company culture.
  • Supporting effective change impact assessments and maintaining a sustainable capacity plan.

What you'll bring:

  • A deep understanding of workforce management principles in a multi-channel environment.
  • Substantial experience in workforce planning, preferably in a 500+ seat organization.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard WFP tools, such as EWFM or Verint.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent stakeholder management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
