Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director's Deputy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care.

About the Role

  • To mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
  • To manage the overall operations of the centre in the absence of the Centre Director
  • To use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Centre Director in driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence

The Team You Will Work With

You will be working with a well-established 112-place centre set on two hectares just off the Calder Freeway. We have purposefully designed indoor learning environments from Nursery to Kindergarten, featuring sensory and play-based experiences. Our expansive outdoor spaces include four play areas with large sandpits, cubby houses, and ample shade.
