Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality therapy sessions for clients across the lifespan, focusing on early language development, fluency, phonological awareness, and speech sound clarity.
- Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS and private clients, supporting individuals with communication challenges such as autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, intellectual disabilities, and speech sound disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate with other health professionals to develop individualized treatment plans addressing each client's unique needs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with families and caregivers, equipping them with strategies and resources to support clients in reaching their communication goals.
- Mentor junior Speech Pathologists through hands-on guidance, providing clinical insights, supervision, and encouragement to help them develop their skills and confidence.
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Full SPA registration.
- Working With Children Check.
- Driver's license and car.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
