Lead Mental Health Services

Job Summary:

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality mental health services. This includes leading a team of clinicians and providing clinical oversight to multidisciplinary teams.

The role involves delivering exceptional mental health intake, assessment, triage, and referral services for individuals in the community who experience mental health issues. You will guide the delivery of seamless care coordination between healthcare providers and establish crisis response protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of clinicians and provide clinical oversight
  • Deliver high-quality mental health intake, assessment, triage, and referral services
  • Establish crisis response protocols and ensure continuous care coordination

Requirements:

Substantial work experience in delivering clinical and psycho-social interventions is essential. A valid working with children card and Australian driver's licence are also required.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Nurse qualification from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Social Worker with membership from the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
