Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team across all shifts and both sites. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the care services and management team to deliver quality and comprehensive nursing care to all residents using a 'person-centred' approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or Registered Nurse
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the Registered Nurse
  • Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
  • Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing or Diploma of Nursing and current registration with AHPRA
  • Ability to lead and direct a care services team
  • Considerable knowledge and understanding of the industry's practices and relevant statutory requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong relationship building skills and customer centric approach
