Senior Education Leader Opportunity

Faulconbridge Public School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Education Leader to join our team. As a Senior Education Leader, you will play a key role in leading and managing the school's teaching and learning programs, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the school's teaching and learning programs, including curriculum development and implementation
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes, including differentiated quality teaching and high expectations for student learning
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and the wider community, including partnerships with local Aboriginal Elders and the Ngarra Wingarru Aboriginal Education Consultative Group
  • Lead and manage the development and performance of staff, including professional development and coaching
  • Plan and manage resources effectively and equitably to enhance teaching and learning
Requirements
  • High level educational leadership with the skills to lead and manage a complex public school focused on the delivery of high quality education
  • Ability to lead and manage rigorous and inclusive whole school teaching and learning programs
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build positive relationships and engage all levels of the school and educational community
  • Ability to lead and manage the development and performance of staff to improve teaching and learning
  • Ability to plan systems and manage resources effectively and equitably to enhance teaching and learning
