Kindergarten Reform Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Kindergarten Reform Specialist to drive significant Early Childhood reforms at a local level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for kindergarten infrastructure and services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver best practice approaches for children in the region
  • Analyse current infrastructure position and service delivery models to inform future planning

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a pipeline plan to increase capacity for three and four-year-old kindergarten places, as well as developing a comprehensive kindergartens infrastructure delivery policy.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of children and families.
