Payroll Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Payroll Consultant, where you will play a key role in delivering successful payroll implementations. As a Payroll Consultant, you will be involved in every stage of the implementation lifecycle, from gathering client requirements and configuring solutions to leading complex testing processes and managing stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong technical and functional understanding of Dayforce HCM. You will bring excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver successful payroll implementations using Dayforce HCM.
  • Configure solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Lead complex testing processes and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Mentor consultants and identify risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Over two years of experience in Dayforce implementation.
  • Expertise in business process mapping and modelling.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements.
  • Commitment to best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead client workshops and meetings.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
