Contract Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team and maximize commercial opportunities within contractual boundaries.

  • Maintain a contract management framework through standardized business rules, control guidelines, practices, and processes.
  • Manage all contractual risk across the project, working closely with the Senior Commercial Manager to ensure governance is maintained.
  • Implement and maintain Contract Performance Reports (internal and external).

This role involves leading and supporting risk and opportunity management, strategic change management, and business improvement activities and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in Business, Law, or Commerce.
  • Commercial astuteness, understanding of commercial frameworks, and interpretation of commercial clauses.
  • Strong experience in negotiation & conflict resolution, complemented by influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership while building and maintaining strong working relationships within the team and across the business.
