Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Field Development Specialist.

This role will involve working from a home office base in Perth, collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes and reduce costs.

The successful candidate will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Some regional travel will be required to service customers in WA.

\Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate current processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop action plans in conjunction with key stakeholders
  • Measure and monitor progress against the plan
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting for end users
  • Assist sales teams in proactively seeking new business opportunities
  • Ensure customer issues are dealt with efficiently and appropriately
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A detailed understanding of body shop processes, particularly in the paint shop
  • At least 5 years' experience working with body shops or managing large body shops
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the relationships between body shops and the insurance industry
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to get results in a functional matrix environment
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
