Knauf, a global industry leader, has an exciting opportunity for a skilled plasterer to join their team in Pinkenba, QLD.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly experienced plasterer to deliver exceptional plastering solutions for commercial and residential projects across QLD. Your expertise will play a crucial role in our success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Determining plasterboard layout and measuring, marking, cutting, lifting, and positioning plasterboard.
  • Preparing corner beads and securing them in position.
  • Fitting plaster and paper cornices, panel moldings, ceiling centres, and other plaster fittings.
  • Covering joints and screw fittings with wet plaster and sealing compounds.
  • Plumbing and straightening corners, angles, and wall ceiling surfaces.
  • Creating decorative textures in finishing coats.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of plastering skills (5 years experience preferred).
  • Commercial and residential building experience.
  • Experience with plastering and framing.
  • Experience with suspended ceilings, patching, sanding hanging sheets, stopping up, working with metal and timber frames.
  • A safety mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Understanding of HSE requirements.
