We are seeking a qualified and proactive Fixed Plant Maintenance Electrical Supervisor to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of electricians to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely maintenance of fixed plant electrical systems and ancillary equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure electrical compliance across all fixed plant operations.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to a diverse team of trade personnel, collaborating closely with all teams to execute scheduled maintenance and project works.
- Champion safe work practices and foster a positive, safety-first culture within the team.
- Implement development and succession plans to support team growth and maintain a high-performing, engaged workforce.
- Set clear expectations and performance standards to align team efforts with organisational goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily work activities for electrical employees and contractors under your direction.
- A current Western Australia Electrical Licence is required.
- Previous experience as an In-House Licence Nominee is highly regarded.
- Certification as a Schedule 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor is essential.
- High Voltage (HV) Switching qualifications with hands-on experience are preferred.
- A strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements and thorough knowledge of WA electrical standards, regulations, and legislation are necessary.
- Proven leadership experience in a processing or fixed plant environment is required.
- Proficiency in computer-based maintenance systems, with SAP experience being highly regarded.
