Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in managing our critical data assets. This individual will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust, performance-optimised database solutions that are scalable, highly available, and secure.

This is a challenging opportunity for someone who thrives on designing and optimising complex database solutions across diverse platforms. The successful candidate will have experience administering, tuning, and troubleshooting Oracle (SQL) and MongoDB databases, including advanced features such as RAC, Data Guard, sharding.

They will also have knowledge of database security best practices, including encryption, access control, auditing, vulnerability management. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills, able to explain complex database concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
