  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality or retail leadership, with a strong track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong operational skills, with experience in managing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team engagement.
  • Current industry RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager qualifications.
